Our gastronomy is influenced by the cuisine of several European countries, mainly by our immigrant family roots from the 20th century: Italian and Spanish, but our passion is with fire: the art of roasting, heart of Uruguayan culture, the ritual that most characterizes us as a country, along with the ‘mate’ drink.
Our kitchen is inspired by the typical Uruguayan food, taking native products as the basis of our dishes, the chorizo sausage, the asado and the lamb on our special rotating grill, describe in a few words what you can find when visiting us.
We have a special rotisserie grill, unique in the country to cook our meats.
We invite you to discover our wine, Pellicer, a perfect combination of Cabernet, Tannat, Cabernet Franc and Syrah.
The 2013 harvest has an intense ruby color. On the nose it presents an aroma of red fruits, with spicy notes contributed by its oak aging. In the mouth, soft and velvety tannins with a long and pleasant finish.
